Fees for providing the above services
vary, however, excluding gardening, pool services,
cleaning services and out of pocket expenses the
monthly fee is 8% HT of the gross monthly rent.

BALKIN ESTATES will assist you in
finding tenants. We advertise your property, screen prospective
tenants, and prepare the relevant memorandum of lease. Our fee for
this service is 10% HT of the yearly gross rent The above
fee is payable at the beginning of the tenancy.
Sales Services
List your property for sale with
BALKIN ESTATES and gain immediate access to our growing list of
international partners and agents. Listing of your property on our
website is free of charge. Our commission for a successful sale of
the property through BALKIN ESTATES is 6% of the gross sale price.
